Speed Skating Canada was looking for a team with experience in all aspects of event management to execute the event on a short timeline.

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation was in search of an experienced event management group with roots in the local market to execute a volunteer program, transportation program and temporary suite build out.

An all-inclusive, premium client hosting event. Launchpoint ensures that participants have an unforgettable experience from the moment that they arrive at the golf course to the moment they leave.
Executive Women’s Day
This event offers the chance for groups to golf with local female celebrities or attend a clinic hosted by a PGA TOUR Champions professional. Afterward, guests are invited to an afternoon of food and beverages, networking, panels, and keynote speakers celebrating and empowering women in our community.
Shootout at the Meadows
One of the most exciting and memorable auxiliary events of the Rogers Charity Classic. This event features over 200 clients in a closest to the pin shootout, under the lights. Starting at dusk, players use glow in the dark golf balls and take their shot at a chance to win a stellar prize.
Skijordue
Launchpoint worked with Skijor Canada to put on this new unique event. Skijoring is a fast growing winter sporting event involving championed equestrians, snow riders and a series of speed and obstacle course challenges.
Juno Awards
In 2016, the event was hosted in Calgary and the Launchpoint group assisted with sponsorship and partner recruitment, event planning for the kick off and wrap up party, as well as managed the volunteer program.
Hockey Canada Golf Tournament
Launchpoint had the privilege of hosting Hockey Canada and their Olympic men's golf tournament at Canyon Meadows G&CC. The players enjoyed the event as part of their team building. Team Canada went on to win gold at the 2014 Winter Olympic games. Coincidence? We think not!
